We accept cash and mobile money. Payment is due at the time of Mobile Vet services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We provide estimates for all proposed treatments and services. However, please note that estimates are approximations, and final costs may vary depending on the course of treatment and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during your pet’s care.
For certain procedures or treatments requiring advanced scheduling or significant resources, we may require a 60% deposit to secure your appointment or reservation before Mobile Vet service is offered.
A late payment fee of 10,000 may be applied to outstanding balances not paid within the specified time. We understand that circumstances may arise, so please communicate with our billing department if you anticipate any difficulties in meeting payment deadlines.
Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to collection procedures, which may include reporting to credit bureaus and utilizing third-party collection agencies. We strive to avoid these situations through open communication and flexible payment arrangements.
In the case of emergency care, we prioritize your pet’s well-being above financial concerns. We will provide necessary treatment first and discuss payment options afterward to ensure your pet receives timely and appropriate care.
Refunds are issued in accordance with our discretion and the nature of the service provided. Please speak with our billing department if you believe you are eligible for a refund.
Our financial policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or industry regulations. Any updates will be communicated in advance.
